All credit card transactions are handled by Stripe payment services. Stripe are fully PCI compliant and audited. If you have any concerns have a look at their site Stripe. We do not store any credit card information on our site or in any way.  

How much is delivery? How long does it take?

Delivery is free on orders over €75, or €10 on orders below this. You also have the option of collecting your order in store in Waterford Shopping Centre Lisduggan at no charge. We offer next day delivery depending on when you order is placed. Orders must be placed before 2 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday to avail of next day delivery.

Is it safe to have fresh food delivered?

Yes. Each product is placed in its own air-tight bag, then stored in an insulated box along with temperature controlled gel packs. The box is then transported by Fastway couriers to ensure speedy and safe delivery.

The result is your order will remain below 4°C on delivery. 

What about quality?

We pride ourselves on soucring local produce of the highest quality. Epitomising this is our approach to Beef. We only choose Hereford and Aberdeen Angus Beef from a select pool of farms in the Suir Valley are of Tipperary, Kilkenny and Waterford. All of our cattle are selected from within 30 miles of our store in Waterford City, meaning in many cases our customers have travelled farther than our beef! All cattle are handpicked by Billy himself based on strict criteria of weight, age and form ensuring the finest quality beef and steaks in our store and available online. 

And we're just as fussy about our pork, poultry, lamb and any other, only working with trusted suppliers, and accepting the finest, local produce.
